The Church of Saint Margaret Mary in Shelton, CT, was constructed in the 1970’s with an asymmetrical plan and unadorned interior, lacking a visually compelling focus toward the sanctuary. A custom reredos was designed to enhance the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, while keeping a modern simplicity which works with the architecture of this church. We also redesigned the dark interior with a warmer, brighter color scheme which includes brilliant gold detailing.
